eu·thy·mia from the ancient Greek eû, “well” + thumós, “spiritedness”
Meaning gladness, good mood, serenity; a condition according to which the soul lives calmly and steadily, being disturbed by no fear.“ [...] believing in yourself and trusting that you are on the right path".
My name is Daniela Adamachi and I am an accredited Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist. Following a degree in Psychology in the US, I have trained and qualified in Cognitive Behavioral Hypnotherapy (Dip CBH) at the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy, London - the leading UK training center for evidence-based hypnotherapy integrated with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) - (Hypno-CBT®) and accredited by the British Psychological Society. Also accredited by Northern Council for Further Education (NCFE), General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR), National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and Register for Evidence Based Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy (REBHP).
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Hypnotherapy have repeatedly proven to be highly effective for a variety of psychological, behavioral, and medical disorders. By integrating these two techniques we can work on transforming your mindset and helping you progress toward your ideal self. By using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) we problem solve and gain a better understanding of the problem at hand as well as what some practical steps are that we could take to achieve your goals; while Hypnotherapy ensures that any progress made is instilled at a deep level within your subconscious mind and will remain in place over the long term.
If you decide to work with me I will ensure that, following the experience, you will take with you the valuable skill of
self-hypnosis which can then be used in any area of your life where you may need a boost.
