   My name is Daniela Adamachi and I am an accredited Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist. Following a degree in Psychology in the US, I have trained and qualified in Cognitive Behavioral Hypnotherapy (Dip CBH) at the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy, London - the leading UK training center for evidence-based hypnotherapy integrated with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) - (Hypno-CBT®) and accredited by the British Psychological Society. Also accredited by Northern Council for Further Education (NCFE), General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR), National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and Register for Evidence Based Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy (REBHP).


Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Hypnotherapy have repeatedly proven to be highly effective for a variety of psychological, behavioral, and medical disorders. By integrating these two techniques we can work on transforming your mindset and helping you progress toward your ideal self.
